Modern Neighborhood Market

A Market Made for Daily
Neighborhood Life

Chef-made food, a sommelier-picked wine wall, fresh produce, and the everyday essentials — gathered into one warm, walkable shop.

Now seeking our first Kansas City development partner & flagship location.

The Market

Everything You Reach For,
Just a Short Walk Away

Most growing neighborhoods still don't have a good, walkable place to pick up the things you need every day. The Provision Co. changes that.

Part grocer, part wine shop, part corner store — made with real care. Stop in for a chef-made lunch, coffee on the way to work, cheese and a bottle for dinner, or the paper towels and toothpaste you forgot — one stop, a short walk from home.

Not a convenience store. Not a full supermarket. A curated neighborhood market, built for daily life.

Compact by Design

A compact ~2,500 sq ft layout that holds a surprising amount without ever feeling crowded.

Made for Daily Life

Fresh food, pantry goods, household basics, and grab-and-go — the things you run out of.

High-End, Low-Key

A genuinely nice shop you can drop into every day — quality, without the attitude.

A Neighborhood Feel

An inviting corner that brings everyday life and energy to the street.

The Best Kind of Errand

Delightfully analog.

Order online and a box shows up. Tap an app and dinner appears. It’s all very convenient — and a little bit lonely.

The Provision Co. is the other thing: a reason to put the phone down, walk around the corner, and actually be somewhere. A hello from someone who knows your order. A bottle chosen by a real person. A neighbor you didn’t expect to run into — and a good excuse to get outside and touch some grass.

Warm at the counter, seriously run behind it — the kind of place built to be here, and good, day after day.

This is one possible layout. The concept is modular — it scales to fit the space you have, from a compact in-line bay of about 1,500 sq ft to a 4,000 sq ft corner, without losing the essentials.

Jameson Huckaba, founder of The Provision Co.

Founder-Led

The romance and the rigor.

The Provision Co. comes from an unusual pairing: a Certified Sommelier and a systems engineer. Founder Jameson Huckaba trained in the kitchens and dining rooms of respected chefs — José Andrés, Fabio Trabocchi, Katsuya Fukushima, and Josh & Kelly Bianchi — then spent years as a defense-industry systems engineer and Director of Product at an AI & autonomy startup.

That combination is the whole idea: a warm, delightfully analog shop run on a rigorous, well-instrumented operating system. Hospitality you can feel, discipline you can bank on.

For Developers & Property Partners

Designed to Activate
the Whole Block

More than a tenant, The Provision Co. is an amenity — designed to draw residents back through the week, not just another storefront on the ground floor.

That kind of daily traffic can lift the whole block — drawing people past your other tenants, supporting the retail around it, and strengthening the leasing story.
