The Market
Most growing neighborhoods still don't have a good, walkable place to pick up the things you need every day. The Provision Co. changes that.
Part grocer, part wine shop, part corner store — made with real care. Stop in for a chef-made lunch, coffee on the way to work, cheese and a bottle for dinner, or the paper towels and toothpaste you forgot — one stop, a short walk from home.
Not a convenience store. Not a full supermarket. A curated neighborhood market, built for daily life.
A compact ~2,500 sq ft layout that holds a surprising amount without ever feeling crowded.
Fresh food, pantry goods, household basics, and grab-and-go — the things you run out of.
A genuinely nice shop you can drop into every day — quality, without the attitude.
An inviting corner that brings everyday life and energy to the street.
The Best Kind of Errand
Order online and a box shows up. Tap an app and dinner appears. It’s all very convenient — and a little bit lonely.
The Provision Co. is the other thing: a reason to put the phone down, walk around the corner, and actually be somewhere. A hello from someone who knows your order. A bottle chosen by a real person. A neighbor you didn’t expect to run into — and a good excuse to get outside and touch some grass.
Warm at the counter, seriously run behind it — the kind of place built to be here, and good, day after day.
What's Inside
A carefully edited selection — not everything, just the right things: what you need often, what makes life easier, and the small luxuries that make a neighborhood feel cared for.
Seasonal fruit, vegetables, herbs, and the simple ingredients a good dinner starts with — local where we can.
Chef-made sandwiches, salads, and soups, good coffee, and easy answers to "what's for dinner."
A sommelier-curated wine wall — the right bottle for a Tuesday or a celebration, plus beer and cold drinks.
Pasta, sauces, oils, vinegars, spices, coffee, tea, grains, and the staples you keep on hand.
Paper towels, trash bags, cleaning basics, toiletries, and the over-the-counter basics you need at 9pm.
Soaps, linens, kitchen tools, ceramics, home fragrance, hostess gifts, and little finds you didn't expect.
Concept rendering A Look Inside
Everything close at hand, and nothing out of place.
The Space
Designed to feel like it has always been here. The storefront draws on classic painted shopfronts and vintage signage; inside, it's bright, clean, and easy to move through.
Concept rendering Brand Palette
A deep olive-green exterior with all-caps serif signage and warm brass overhang lights.
A projecting round badge gives the shop a friendly, recognizable presence on the street.
A sommelier-curated cellar with its own herringbone floor, set apart within the market.
Wood, baskets, stone, brass, soft whites, and greenery — tactile and welcoming throughout.
Made for Every Kind of Visit
In and out in five minutes, with the essentials right where you'd look.
Dinner, the wine to go with it, and the things you forgot — one stop.
Warm light, good materials, and displays worth slowing down for.
Local makers, regional wine, tastings, and whatever's in season.
The Layout
One way to lay out roughly 2,500 square feet. Choose a zone to see how each part of the store earns its keep.
Floor Plan Concept · Approx. 2,500 sq ft · 30′ × 84′
Zone 01
This is one possible layout. The concept is modular — it scales to fit the space you have, from a compact in-line bay of about 1,500 sq ft to a 4,000 sq ft corner, without losing the essentials.
Founder-Led
The Provision Co. comes from an unusual pairing: a Certified Sommelier and a systems engineer. Founder Jameson Huckaba trained in the kitchens and dining rooms of respected chefs — José Andrés, Fabio Trabocchi, Katsuya Fukushima, and Josh & Kelly Bianchi — then spent years as a defense-industry systems engineer and Director of Product at an AI & autonomy startup.
That combination is the whole idea: a warm, delightfully analog shop run on a rigorous, well-instrumented operating system. Hospitality you can feel, discipline you can bank on.
— Jameson Huckaba, Founder & Certified Sommelier
For Developers & Property Partners
More than a tenant, The Provision Co. is an amenity — designed to draw residents back through the week, not just another storefront on the ground floor.
That kind of daily traffic can lift the whole block — drawing people past your other tenants, supporting the retail around it, and strengthening the leasing story.
An amenity designed for residents to reach for through the week, without leaving home.
Warm light and steady daily traffic can turn a quiet frontage into a lively, walkable corner.
Designed so foot traffic flows past your other tenants and supports the retail around it.
A compact footprint that adapts to the site, the community, and local demographics.
A daily-use amenity can give residents another reason to choose your building — and to stay.
